Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including materials handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Ensure efficient and timely movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and labeling requirements.
- Understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
